Download and install KaHero from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS). To use KaHero POS, you'll need to have at least Android 5+ or iOS 12+.

After downloading KaHero POS, you will see the Sign In screen. For new users, click Create an Account to register.

Create your account. Input your email, password, business name, and country of choice. Click Sign Up to proceed.

Your account is now created! You will be immediately sent to the Register screen and you can begin setting up your POS.

To log out of your account, go to the Navigation Menu and then under Settings, select Log Out.

Importing Items in the Back Office

If you have already input your items in CSV or excel file format, you can import them to KaHero POS. It will save you the time to manually input your items. You can also export your items from KaHero POS to excel files.

| For you to import your items to KaHero POS's Back Office you have to first download the template to your device.

This feature allows you to add your New Items in bulk. To use this feature you must first download the template.

To download go the Back Office, login your account and select Items under Listings.

Click on the more options.

Select Import Items.

Click on Download Template. An excel file with the template will then be downloaded.

Encode the items you wish to add in your POS.

||| Note: Don't change all in row 1, we highly recommend you input not more than 200 Items first so it won't take some time to import.

A. Name - set this field to your preferred item name.
B. Category - set this field to the category of your item. C. Item Price - set this field

Adding Users

You can add users to KaHero POS. However, you can only add multiple users when you are subscribed to KaHero's PRO version. You may want to specify your employees as users of the POS as well by adding them as users.

On the Navigation Menu, select Users.

3A. Type your username or your employee's username. (It must be 6 characters or more)
3B. Set your your passcode or your employee's passcode. (4 digits).

Below is a list of restrictions you can enable or disable for your users. If enabled:

A. User will be able to open the cash drawer even without making any transaction.
B. User will be able to access your business' back office and view all the reports and information found there
C. User will be allowed to access all the features under Inventory Management this includes creating item bundles, viewing item stocks, transferring items and viewing the item ledger.
D. User will be able to access and edit your listings.
E. User will be allowed to apply refunds to receipts.
F. User will be allowed to apply discounts on transactions.
G. User will be able to see the ex

*Mobile Gadget (smartphone/tablet) with KaHero POS installed
*Bluetooth printer (Check your printers label underneath)

Enable your device's bluetooth connection. You can enable your bluetooth under your device's settings. Pair your device with your printer.

On the "Navigation Menu" under Printer "Settings", select "Printer".

Click "Add a Printer".

A. Input your printer label
B. Select your printer's model (IPDA045, others)
C. From the drop down menu, select "Bluetooth"
D. Click the "Search" button and a pop-up will show you a list of available printers. Choose your printer from the list.
