Add Item Bundle in the Back Office



There are three ways to add your Item Bundle, the first one is in the Item Bundle under Inventory Management and the second is in the Items under Listings, lastly you can import your item bundles which is still located in the Item Bundle under Inventory Management.

To add your Item Bundle, go to Back Office and login your account.


Adding Item Bundle in the Inventory Management



In the Back Office, select Item Bundle under Inventory Management. Then click Add Item Bundle.



Input your Item Bundle details.

A. Item Bundle Name - input your desire Item Bundle Name.
B. Parent Item - select the Parent Item of your bundle
Note: on Item Stocks your Parent Item must have 0 stocks and it's Yes in Manage Stocks.
C. Bundle Items - search your bundle item and click the checkbox of that item.
Note: on Item Stocks you must set your ingredients/raw materials as Yes on Manage Stocks.



Click on the checkbox of your item's ingredient and input the quantity then click save.



When you're done adding your Bundle Items, click Save.



You can edit your Item Bundle just by clicking the pencil icon.




Adding Item Bundle inside your Items



In the Back Office, select Items under Listings.



Click edit icon of the item you want to make an item bundle.



Below, click on the Item Bundle to drop down.



Click on the Add Item Bundle to add your bundle.



A. Item Bundle Name - input your desire Item Bundle Name.
B. Parent Item - because your already adding your Item Bundle under your Item this will automatically be set and won't be clickable.
Note: on Item Stocks your Parent Item must have 0 stocks and it's Yes on Manage Stocks.
C. Bundle Items - search your bundle item and click the checkbox of that item.
Note: on Item Stocks you must set your ingredients/raw materials as Yes on Manage Stocks.



Click on the checkbox of your item's ingredient and input the quantity then click Save.



Once you're done adding your bundle items, click Save.



You can edit your Item Bundle just by clicking the pencil icon or delete it just by clicking the trashbin icon.



Don't forget to save your item.


Import Item Bundles



To import your Item Bundle you must first download the item bundle template. To download, go to Inventory Management and select Item Bundle.



Click on the 3 dots icon and select Import Item Bundle.



Then click on Download Template to download your item bundle template excel file.



Inside the excel will consist of the following details;
Note: Do not edit all under ROW 1.

Column A. parentItem - you must input the exact name of your Sale Item from the Items in the Back Office.
Column B. name - input the exact name of your ingredients from the Items in the Back Office.
Column C. qty - input the quantity of your ingredients.



Once your done inputting your item bundles in the file, you can now import your item bundle. To import, go back to where you download your Item Bundle Template and select Browse to upload your file, then click OK.

Click the OK button once only, be patient and all your item bundles will be imported.



All imported item bundles will then appear, like the sample picture below.




Item Bundle Report



To view you Item Bundle Reports, go to Item Bundle Report under Inventory Management



Click View Composite Stocks to view the composite items of that bundle.



The below is an example of the composite item, it will show the Need Qty and Stocks of the item bundles.
