After your customers have placed their orders online from your online store, they will be receiving SMS notifications on the mobile number they provided on their delivery information for the status of their orders.


Your customers will receive this type of message as soon as they put their orders online.



Go to the KaHero POS application and go to your "Online Orders". On the drop down, select "Pending" to view all your pending online orders. Select an order to change its status.



On the drop down beside the total amount of the order, you can select and change the status of the order. As you can see on the image below, it is still set to "Pending".



Click on the drop down to change the status of the order.



Click on the drop down to change the status of the order to "Confirmed".



Click on the drop down to change the status of the order to "Preparing order".



Your customer will receive an SMS notification that your store is currently preparing their order.



After you have prepared your customer's order, click on the drop down to change the status of the order to "Ready for delivery".



Your customer will receive an SMS notification that their order is ready for delivery.



After you have successfully delivered your customer's order, click on the drop down to change the status of the order to "Completed". Click "Payment" to proceed to the payment of the order.



Input the reference number of the order that has been completed to finalize the payment of the order. Click "Proceed" and confirm the payment.



To cancel your customers' orders, select on the order you want to cancel, then click on the drop down to change the status of the order to "Cancel". Click "Okay" to confirm the cancellation of the order.



The order is now cancelled.



Your customer will receive an SMS notification that their order is cancelled.
