User Management
# User Management Feature
At Kahero, we strive to provide you with a comprehensive and efficient Back Office experience. One of the New key features we offer is User Management. With User Management, you have the capability to invite other individuals to access and collaborate within your Kahero Back Office account.
This means that as the account owner or administrator, you have the power to grant specific users access to your Back Office. By doing so, you can assign different roles and permissions to each user based on their responsibilities or the level of access you want them to have.
Please note that User Management is available exclusively for subscribers of KaHero's PRO version.
To enable User Management. On the Navigation Menu, Select Settings.
Then from the dropdown list, after clicking settings. Select Feature.
Here, you can find which features you want to activate.
Choose User management then click on enable button to activate User Management Feature.
Once you are done activating features, click Save.
To add and invite other user on your account, you can go to app.kahero.co.
From the navigation menu, Select User Management.
On the right side above, you can see the Invite user to workspace button, click on "Invite user to workplace".
After clicking the Invite user to workplace button, a pop-up dialog will show, like the below picture.
To invite another user, you must fill in the following information below.
Email - Fill the email address you would like to invite on your workspace.
Access - You can assign different roles and permissions to each user based on their responsibilities or the level of access you want them to have by clicking the boxes to mark check on it.
Then click the Submit button.
After clicking the Submit, notice below the invitee is already been added User on your workspace.
The Invitee will receive an email from KaHero for the invitation, together with the email will be the Username and password provided for them to access your Backoffice.

**Invite User for User Management
To add and invite other user on your account, you can go to app.kahero.co.
From the navigation menu, Select User Management.
On the right side above, you can see the Invite user to workspace button, click on "Invite user to workplace".
