Time Entries

With time entries, KaHero POS allows you to keep track of your employees' in and out time.

Time Entries can be access after signing in your account below the Finish button.

You can also access it on the Navigation Menu under Employee Management, select Time Entries.

This is your Time Entrees screen.

A. If you are using more than one device for a different branch, you can select
the branch on this drop down.
B. Manually search for your employee's name, or the employee
can manually search for their names.
C. Click this drop down to find your employee's name and click Add.

Your employee's name should appear on the space below.

A. Click on the empty photo of the in-time button.
B. You will be sent to the camera selfie. Take a picture.
C. Your picture along with the time and date of your entry should show.
D. Do the same when for your out-time
