# Receipt Reports - Back Office

KaHero POS's back office also helps you view your receipt transactions. You access the back office through KaHero POS app or [app.kahero.co](https://app.kahero.co/).

On the back office, navigate to the "**Receipts**" section.

Specify which reports you'd like to see. Select a range of date to view.

Search for a specific transaction number if you want to view a certain receipt.

**A.** **Transaction #** - ID of the receipt/transaction  
**B. Date** - date of the transaction  
**C. Time** - time of the transaction  
**D. Amount** - total amount of the transaction  
**E.** Click on "**View Receipt**" to view the specific receipt.
