# How To Change A User

You can easily switch your user just by following the steps below.

To change a user, you must first have to end your shift. Go to **Shift Management** then select **Close Shift** and click **End Shift**.

Input the cash amount the click **End Shift**.

||| ${color}[#ee1b1b](Note:) You won't be able to end your shift if you still have an existing tickets/open tickets, so you must close all your open tickets first.

After ending your shift, exit your app and go to your device home page then click/open the Kahero POS app again.

When you open your app back again it will send you to the pincode page, click the **Back** icon.

Then it will send you back to the select user page.
