# Customer - Back Office

Add and modify your customers in the back office. You access the back office through KaHero POS app or [app.kahero.co](https://app.kahero.co/).

On the back office, navigate to the "**Customers**" section.

This is your customer screen on the back office.

Click "**New Customer**" to add a customer.

This is your Add Customer screen. Input your customer's "**Name**", "**Email**", "**Phone Number**", and "**Address**".

Once you have added your customers, you can send them messages for your promos or if they have any maintaining balance to pay and you want to remind them of it.

A. Click "**SMS**" button beside a specific customer to send an SMS  
to that particular customer.  
B. Click "**SMS**" button beside the New Customer button to send an SMS  
to all customers.

On this screen, type the message you want to send to your customers.
