# Adding Employees

KaHero POS allows you to manage your employees and keep track of their shifts and time entries.

On the **"Navigation Menu"** under **"Employee Management"**, select **"Employees"**.

Select **"Add employee"**.

**A.** Type your employee's first name.  
**B.** Type your employee's last name.  
**C.** Type your employee's email address.  
**D.** Select the POS device you want to assign to your employee.  
**E.** Type your employee's phone number. Click **"Save"**.
